Compensations and benefits

• An excellent gross salary between ANG 10.000 en 14.600 per month based on your experience;

In the role of Manager Delivery..

...you are the driving force behind our dedicated Delivery team, consisting of 40 driven professionals. Each team member, from delivery coordinators and software developers to testers and designers, brings their unique expertise. You serve as their mentor and know how to inspire them, with a strategic vision focused on ensuring efficient and effective software delivery. You guide and support them in their daily activities while simultaneously fostering each team member's growth and development. In addition to your responsibilities for team performance development, you pay attention to creating a positive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing. You contribute to the expansion of the developers team and collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Specialist during the recruitment process.

Your opportunities

• Develop a long-term vision and set unit goals, as well as strategies to achieve these goals and measure progress;
• Implement new working methods to enable long-term growth and flourishing of the Delivery team;
• Measure performance and project progress using tools such as Jira and Kimble;
• Ensure proper documentation of the software.

What do we need from you?

• You have at least 10 years of work experience managing Software Development teams;
• You have a background in Business Information Management, Business Administration & IT, or similar studies;
• You have a academic degree or equivalent experience;
• You have experience with Project Management and have worked with methods like Sigma, Agile Scrum and/or Prince2;
• You have excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
