ICT Service Manager

As an IT and Management Consultancy firm in the Dutch Caribbean we help governments improve their business processes. Our solutions are based on four fundamental areas of the government: tax, social security, licensing and collection. We leverage the Be Informed business process platform to support these knowledge-intensive organizations in their increasingly complex administrations.
In the role of experienced IT Service Manager, you are able to turn IT business requirements into Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that are performed by the IT service organization.

What are your responsibilities?

You will be responsible for providing continuous service, monitoring and reviewing service levels specified in the SLA’s with clients and you will ensure compliance with the contract terms, SLA and DAP. You monitor the quality of service and create management reports. You will work closely with internal customers (business) as well as IT management at our customers who are responsible for providing the local service. You lead selection processes, including the contracting of new services and extend existing services. Our client portfolio is divers, in terms of size, requirements and in terms of their own IT capacity. You are then able to respond with the most appropriate SLA. You are also responsible for developing a service management strategy and management to provide the right advice regarding the optimal services portfolio in a very international setting. This new role is carried out both internally and externally to our customers. You will become part of the Deployment Solutions team and will report to the IT Director.

Required qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor or Master direction (business) Informatics, Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
  • At least eight years of working experience in a similar environment.
  • Certified ITIL Expert.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture, communication standards and protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience with IT projects and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both oral and written.


  • Experience in purchasing processes and security management, privacy protection and information security.
